Brought my 2012 Mercedes E350 in for a knocking in the front end and tire cave repair. They did a thorough check, diagnosed the problem quickly, were able to fix the valve by replacing just the corrosion and all done very affordably. I'll be back for all my future work.

Jon was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain the service requirements. He uses technology to its greatest advantage, communicating not only with text and voice but with images, showing what needs to be done. I recommend Epoch Automotive highly!!

Excellent service! My car had a flat and needed new tires so I asked Jon, the owner, for his advice. I have been going to Epoch for a few years and trust their work. He advised that the tires were not a reputable brand. I was very satisfied with the new tires, alignment, and price and especially knowing that the car is now safe to drive.

Epoch automotive was responsive, professional, and provided personalized service unique to this organization. The problem was quickly analyzed, and , the cause and repair of the issue was explained to me in detail. I have nothing but praise for John and Epoch automotive. Excellent service and fairly priced.
